Whether you’re a beginning or seasoned runner, this four-class series will improve your performance by:· Increasing flexibility and strength, bringing balance to the body· Improving posture and range of motion· Expanding your awareness of your breath and body · Allowing opportunity for relaxation and restoration· Helping YOU maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout 2019!This is a 4 part series and will be $50 for the entire series, each week we will work on a different muscle group. The dates are:February 2nd Lower Legs and FeetFebruary 9th Hips and ThighsFebruary 16th CoreFebruary 23rd Upper BodyClasses taught by Jenny Wachter, NRC employee, runner and is a certified yoga instructor.This class will take place at 8:30 AM at Naperville Running Company in Downtown Naperville.
