Fall Half + Full Marathon Training Program

Join us and PUMA for a 17-week in-person training program, designed to gear you up for your fall half or full marathon!

Here are the details:

Who: YOU! All paces are welcome. *We do ask that you are physically able to cover a 10K distance by the start of full marathon training. The first run is seven miles.*
What: A 17-week step-by-step program to get you to the starting line of a fall half or full marathon. 
Where: Fredenhagen Park, Downtown Naperville. We'll be logging our miles on the DuPage River Trail.
When: We'll begin Saturday 6/20 and meet at 6:30am every Saturday.

What else?
Pace groups will be provided starting at a 8:30/min pace (marathon) through a run/walk interval group. The half marathon pacers will start at a 9:30 pace through a run/walk. Along with Saturday morning group runs, we invite you to our themed community run events from our downtown Naperville location. We'll also be offering some helpful educational materials along the way, including nutrition and injury prevention tips, assisted long runs later in the training, a private Facebook page, and direct communication with our run group coordinator, Monica.

*This does not cover your race registration*
