Yoga for Runners Series

Join us for our Yoga for Runners Series! Whether you’re a beginning or seasoned runner, this four-class series will improve your performance by:
· Increasing flexibility and strength, bringing balance to the body
· Improving posture and range of motion
· Expanding your awareness of your breath and body
· Allowing opportunity for relaxation and restoration
· Helping YOU maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout 2019!
This is a 4 part series and will be $50 for the entire series, each week we will work on a different muscle group. The dates are:
January 11th Lower Legs and Feet
January 18th Hips and Thighs
January 23rd Core
February 1st Upper Body
Classes taught by Jenny Wachter, NRC employee, runner and is a certified yoga instructor.
This class will take place at 8:30 AM at Naperville Running Company in Downtown Naperville.
