Integrated Stretch Recovery for Runners


Presented by Colleen Fordyce of Integrated Recovery.  Colleen with lead the group through pre/post stretches and as she explains this stretch modality, she will ask for volunteers and do demos for upper and lower body.  Everyone is encouraged to bring a yoga mat or beach towel as this will be hands on and interactive.  Feel free to bring a friend.

Anyone signed up for the Naperville Women's Half, regardless if they are training with us or not, are welcome to these two seminar sessions.
